• Room rates will be applied for 2 nights for COST Meeting
  (02 May 2011 check-in 04 May 2011 check-out)
• Room rates will be applied for 3 nights for PGEM Conference
  (04 May 2011 check-in 07 May 2011 check-out)

 

To Make Hotel Reservation & Payment Methods

All fees are quoted in Euro. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Room reservation will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.Room requests after 15th February 2011 is subject to availability.

Priority will be given to the first hotel choive of the participants. However if the requested hotel is fully booked,other alternatives will be taken into consideration.Official check in time at the hotel is 15:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours. At the event of non-arrival due to any reason the payment will not be refunded. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail at pgem@pgem2011.com or by fax at +90 212 254 27 83.

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:

	Cancellation made	Refund arrangements
	until 15th February 2011	100% refund of deposit
	from 15th February 2011 to 15th March 2011	50% refund of deposit
	from 15th March 2011	No refund

All refunds will be processed after the Conference
