Call for Papers -
At the PLANT GEM´S MEETING, scientific works will be accepted in Posters format.

Based on their suitability and appropriateness to the different Sessions, the members of the Program Board will choose a number of works to be proposed as oral presentations.

The deadline for the Abstract presentations is as follows:

 

IMPORTANT NOTE OVER POSTERS PRESENTATION

The Organising Committee of the 7 Plant Gem Meeting will accept the submission of abstracts for presentation as posters until August 22-th.

No abstracts will be considered for a Selected Talk after July 21-th.

The Meeting Technical Secretariat will acknowledge the reception of abstracts. After subsequent analysis and deliberation of the Scientific Committee authors will be notified whether or not the Abstract has been accepted. Hence, the need to specify clearly an e-mail to which all correspondence will be addressed to.

The summary of the projects should be sent through the web page according to the following requirements:

• The projects will be presented in poster format, and should indicate the interest or not to present it orally.
• Admittance will be given only to those abstracts presented through the official Meeting web page. • The Scientific Committee will evaluate the Abstracts. The request to present them orally will be based on their scientific interest.
• All Abstracts must indicate the Session of the Meeting in which they would like to be included.
• The length of the Abstracts will be adapted to the space availability on the web page form.
• In all cases, at least one of the authors of the Abstracts should be registered to attend the Plant Gems Meeting.
• The Poster format will have the following dimensions: 150 cm length by 90 cm wide.
• The Technical Secretariat will inform the authors of the posters the date and time when they should be placed and when they should be removed.
• The authors of the Posters must be available next to their projects during the coffee breaks in order to answer any questions related to their work .
