1. Participants Registration

The Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to all sessions
• Conference official documentation (including abstract book)
• Poster sessions and exhibition
• Welcome cocktail (8^th)
• Coffee breaks
• Three lunches (8^th, 9^th and 10^th)
• Sightseeing in Lisbon (guided Tour and boat trip) (9^th)
• Congress dinner (9^th)

2. Accompanying Person Fee

The Accompanying Person Fee includes Welcome cocktail, Sightseeing in Belém area and Gala dinner (with transport to and from the dinner place).

Accompanying person fee: 100 EUR

3. Cancelation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy:

• Before 06/08 Refund of 100% of the Registration Fee except 50 EUR for Secretariat Costs
• Between 07/08 and 11/09 Refund of 50% of the Registration Fe
• After 12/09 No refunds

 

4. Method of payment

There are two methods available:

• Bank transfer to the technical secretariat
• Credit card (online)
