PGEM Accompanying Registration Fee includes:

• Welcome Cocktail-4 May 2011,Wednesday
• Halfday sightseeing in İstanbul-6 May 2001,Friday

 

2. Registration Payment Methods

All fees are quoted in Euro. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

3. Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the on-line form. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received. We strongly recommend presenting the confirmation letter upon arrival at the on-site pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference.

If you have not received the official registration confirmation e-mail within one week from the time of submission, please contact the secretariat at pgem@pgem2011.com

 

4. Cancellation of Registration Policy

Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail at pgem@pgem2011.com or by fax at +90 212 254 27 83.

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:

	Cancellation made	Refund arrangements
	until 1st March 2011	100% refund of deposit (except € 50,00 for Secreteriat costs)
	from 1st March 2011 to 15th March 2011	50% refund of deposit
	from 15th March 2011	No refund

All refunds will be processed after the conference.
