The Registration Fee includes:

2. Accompanying Person Fee

The Accompanying Person Fee includes a welcome cocktail and trip to Balchik- Kaliakra cape and town of Varna.

Accompanying person fee: 70 EUR

3. Cancelation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy:

• Before 15/07 Refund of 100% of the Registration Fee except 50 EUR for Secretariat Costs
• Between 15/07 and 01/09 Refund of 50% of the Registration Fee
• After 01/09 No refunds

 

4. Method of payment

There are two methods available:

• Bank transfer to the technical secretariat
• By credit card online
